2. Scope
   These Terms apply to all purchases made through this website by customers within the European Union.
3. Products
   We sell trading card products, including but not limited to Pokémon, One Piece, and similar collectible items.
   Due to the nature of collectible products, randomness and variation are inherent to the product and do not constitute defects.
4. Pricing and Taxes
   All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
5. Orders and Acceptance
   Orders are subject to availability and acceptance.
   We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases including but not limited to:

• suspected fraud or abuse
• pricing errors
• stock issues

1. Payment
   We accept secure payment methods available at checkout.
   Orders will only be processed after full payment is received.
2. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping is available to all EU countries
• Estimated delivery time: 2–5 business days
• Carriers: PostNL, DHL, DPD, UPS

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or customs are outside our control.

1. Transfer of Risk
   Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.
2. Right of Withdrawal
   Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, in accordance with EU consumer law.
3. Returns and Exceptions
   Returns are only accepted if:

• the product is unused
• the product remains sealed

Opened products, including booster packs and boxes, cannot be returned due to their collectible nature and risk of manipulation.

1. Anti-Fraud Policy
   We actively monitor transactions for fraud and abuse.
   We reserve the right to:

• cancel suspicious orders
• refuse service to customers engaging in abusive behavior
• report fraudulent activity to authorities

1. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, JKCards shall not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential damages
• loss of profits or business
• dissatisfaction based on randomness of card contents

Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the product.

1. Force Majeure
   We are not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• natural disasters
• strikes
• transport disruptions

1. Intellectual Property
   All website content is the property of JKCards and may not be used without permission.
2. Governing Law
   These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
   Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in The Netherlands.
3. Changes
   We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
